ALS foundation
ARSLA, the Association for Research on ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) and Other Motor Neuron Diseases, is a French nonprofit organization founded in 1985. It is dedicated to supporting patients, families, and caregivers affected by ALS (also known as Charcot's disease in France) while actively funding and promoting research aimed at understanding and treating the disease.
ARSLA’s structure includes a board of directors composed of scientists, clinicians, patients, and qualified professionals, all committed to the organization’s mission.
ARSLA strives for a world where ALS is better understood, managed, and ultimately cured, while ensuring that patients and families have the support they need to face the disease with dignity.
