ALS foundation
The ALS/MNH Derneği (ALS/MND Association) is a non-profit organization founded in Turkey in 2001 by patients and their families who pursued support, information, and coordination in the fight against ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). The association serves the estimated 6,000-8,000 individuals with ALS in Turkey, offering a wide range of services, including care coordination, education, and advocacy. They are actively involved in research collaborations, including those for Project MinE, and aim to increase awareness and provide resources for ALS patients and their families.
