Data sharing
To request access to Project MinE data, please follow the steps below.
The Project MinE dataset is accessible to all qualified researchers conducting health-related research in the public interest, ensuring fair and unbiased availability without preferential or exclusive access.
- Important Update:
Due to the renewal of our Consortium Agreement to comply with the latest EU regulations, our data request procedure is temporarily suspended. Requests will not be processed until further notice.
For researchers with innovative proposals involving individual-level genotype or whole genome sequencing (WGS) data, please complete the WGS Data Request Form below and send it to info@projectmine.com.
All researchers, whether in universities, charities, government agencies or commercial companies*, will be subject to the same application process and approval criteria:
- Research requests are reviewed by the Project MinE team and submitted to the Data Access Committee for evaluation.
- Upon approval, the requesting investigators will receive a Data Sharing Agreement for signing.
- Once completed, data access will be granted through an appropriate data transfer mechanism.
- Researchers must acknowledge Project MinE in publications according to the Project MinE publication policy (Project MinE publication policy)
