The RainBowRun040, the most colorful run for ALS, added 80,000 euro to the counter for Project MinE. The Rainbow run is a yearly 5 kilometer colored powder fun run in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
A big thanks to all participants and organizers of the RainBowRun040!
In this run it is not about finishing in time, it’s about having a good time. All runners start with a white T-shirt, but it seems impossible to finish with a white T-shirt. Watch this video the for a short impression of what it is like to be part of this amazing color run!
The RainBowRun040 is held in memory of ALS patient Hein van Duivenboden and aims to win the fight against ALS. Therefore, the RainBowRun decided to donate to Project MinE, the largest genetics research ever to find genetic causes of ALS, bringing us closer to effective therapies for ALS.
The RainBowRun040 is a yearly event, the next Rainbowrun will take place on June 18th 2016 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. For more information: www.rainbowrun040.nl
